  • Please complete a consent form if you are a new client and submit an appointment request online. We will review your form and confirm your appointment within 3-5 business days. If you would like to book an appointment but do not see any availability, please join our waitlist through our booking link and send us an email.

  • We require all clients to fill out a thorough electronic consent form prior to their appointment. Please note that our form asks for detailed information to ensure your safety and help us tailor our services for the most personalized experience. Your well-being is our top priority.

  • Browcharms requires an updated consent form for all clients. Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in losing your deposit. Same day cancellations & No Shows will be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service.

    Please be on time to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a no show fee.

    A fee of $100 will be charged for complimentary cosmetic tattoo services (touch ups or part 2 appointments).

    No-Shows that occur a 2nd time will receive a client termination notice and will be unable to book with us in the future.

  • A 50% deposit is required for all services upon booking. Deposits are transferable but non refundable.

  • No, Browcharms is a small suite where we cannot accommodate any additional guests. We also enforce a strict no children policy due to the nature of our services. If you bring a guest with you they will be asked to wait in the lobby. If you bring a child with you we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will forfeit your deposit.
